Three questions

Where do I get my customer’s load profile?

From the grid or metering operator, as CSV or Excel. Sites above roughly 100 MWh per year have the metering. We send the request text with the confirmation.

And if storage does not pay off?

If the simulation shows no savings for any of the three storage sizes, we refund the full amount. You keep the analysis.

When do I have the analysis?

Within one working day after the load profile arrives, as an analysis in BESSPLAN and as PDF. At most ten analyses per working day, first come first served.
