Leistung
Scale Energy GmbH erstellt für ein Projekt des Bestellers eine Potenzialanalyse für einen Batteriespeicher (Inhalt siehe Leistungsumfang) auf Grundlage des vom Besteller bereitgestellten 15-Minuten-Lastgangs eines Jahres. Lieferung als Auswertung in BESSPLAN (Zugang per Link für den Besteller und auf Wunsch seinen Kunden, mindestens zwölf Monate) und als PDF per E-Mail.
Lieferzeit
Innerhalb von 1 Werktag nach Eingang eines auswertbaren Lastgangs (Montag bis Freitag, ohne gesetzliche Feiertage in Berlin). Scale Energy bearbeitet höchstens 10 Analysen je Werktag in Eingangsreihenfolge; ist das Kontingent eines Tages ausgeschöpft, beginnt die Frist am nächsten Werktag. Ist der Lastgang nicht auswertbar, meldet sich Scale Energy mit dem, was fehlt; die Frist beginnt dann neu.
Preis und Zahlung
290,00 € netto zuzüglich 19 Prozent Umsatzsteuer (55,10 €), insgesamt 345,10 €. Die Rechnung geht nach der Bestellung per E-Mail und ist innerhalb von 3 Bankarbeitstagen per Überweisung zu zahlen.
Anrechnung
Beauftragt der Besteller innerhalb von 60 Tagen nach der Bestellung das Entscheidungspaket (3.990 € netto) für dasselbe Projekt, wird der Nettobetrag der Potenzialanalyse in voller Höhe darauf angerechnet.
Geld-zurück-Garantie
Ergibt die Simulation für keine der drei Speichergrößen eine Ersparnis gegenüber heute, erstatten wir den vollen Betrag. Die Analyse behalten Sie trotzdem. Maßgeblich ist das Kapitel Ersparnis der gelieferten Auswertung (Energiekosten im Jahr mit Speicher einschließlich Speicherkosten gegenüber heute). Die Erstattung erfolgt innerhalb von zehn Bankarbeitstagen auf das Konto, von dem gezahlt wurde; eine noch offene Rechnung wird storniert.

Die Auswertung ist eine Einschätzung auf Basis der übermittelten Daten und der öffentlichen Preisblätter des Netzbetreibers. Sie ersetzt weder eine Vor-Ort-Prüfung der Anschlusssituation noch ein Gutachten für Banken. Investitionsentscheidungen trifft der Besteller beziehungsweise sein Kunde in eigener Verantwortung.
Daten
Lastgang und Projektangaben werden ausschließlich zur Erstellung der Analyse verarbeitet und im privaten Dokumentenspeicher von BESSPLAN abgelegt. Der Besteller sichert zu, dass er die Daten seines Kunden zu diesem Zweck weitergeben darf.

Where do I get my customer’s load profile?
From the grid operator or metering operator. Sites above roughly 100 MWh per year have interval metering; the data sits in the customer portal or arrives by email as CSV or Excel on request. If you like, we send the request text for the grid operator with your confirmation.
How fast is the analysis delivered?
Within one working day after an evaluable load profile arrives. Order at the weekend with the load profile: delivery on Monday.
What is in it, what is not?
Included: starting point, load profile, three storage sizes, grid fees on the day of the annual peak, procurement, savings as a waterfall, terms for purchase and leasing with cash flow, next steps. Not included: the on-site connection situation and a bank-grade appraisal. That is what the decision package is for, and the EUR 290 are credited against it.
Who does the calculation?
Scale Energy, operator and planner of battery storage for industrial sites. The engine simulates the year quarter hour by quarter hour with the grid operator’s current price sheets. An engineer checks the result before it goes out.
May I pass the analysis on to my customer?
Yes, that is what it is for. You share the analysis in BESSPLAN with your customer or send the PDF to management or investor. You are named as the contact in the analysis.
What if storage does not pay off?
If the simulation shows no savings for any of the three storage sizes, we refund the full amount and you keep the analysis. Your customer has a clear answer, and you have not spent a day on sizing.
