What a storage quote must include.
The battery price alone is not enough to compare quotes. What matters is which services are included up to commissioning.
Technology and connection point
Compare storage power in kW and capacity in kWh. Clarify whether inverter, controls, transformer and connection work are included in the price or quoted separately.
Planning and implementation
Electrical design, installation, grid connection handling and certification may be priced separately. Have missing items added before you compare total costs.
Operation and warranty
Check guaranteed capacity, warranty terms, maintenance and running costs. The business case must use the same cost assumptions as the quote.
